So my friend has been having an issue where he can’t play before 9:30, we spent ages puzzled and scouring forums etc. turns out it’s his isp’s filtering. before 9:30 some things are blocked, like -Yoink- etc. and apparently MCC is as well. Is this meant to be the case? I can’t see any reason why it would be blocked. Other games work fine, it’s just MCC that has issues.
Can’t play before 9:30 AM or 9:30 PM?
If there’s filtering going on, perhaps check with the person who manages the router or internet connection? Perhaps it’s intentional filtering.
Not saying you should get around your filtering, but if you need to test a completely different internet connection, for troubleshooting purposes, you can use a wifi hotspot from most cell phones, and connect your Xbox One to that. That will bypass the router, the ISP, and give you another perspective.
