From day one of playing this game my friends and I have had nothing but lag problems with playing people from out of country. Its ridiculous when two guys from Italy or France or specially Mexico can run through and entire team without so much as a scratch to their overshield. In Halo Reach you could actually modify your setting to not deal with the international bs, but for some reason 343 and their infinite wisdom didn’t put that option in. I really do like this game. The matchmaking is a lot of fun. The game types kick butt, but with all the changes and updates 343 has done the international bs hasn’t at all been addressed. I’m not the only one that is complaining about this. Everyone I talk to, not just on my friends list, feel the exact same. It really gets very frustrating when you shoot a guy 8 times with the br and then he turns around and pops 2 br shots into you and you die. Then you get the pleasure of watching that same guy walk off. Or my personal favorite. Running up behind an enemy to assassinate him only to have him turn around and pummel you one time to kill you. Unfortunately these are only a couple of the problems I’ve had, and my fellow halo gamers have had with the international lag. Honestly I’ve had a lot of my longtime halo friends quit playing this game because of this reason specifically. If there is one thing that I could ask…no BEG of 343. It would be for them to fix this problem with these out of country players getting an unfair advantage because of ridiculous lag. Please please please please please 343 take a little time and maybe a little of the money you’ve made off of this game and fix this problem. I would, and all of the halo community would forever be in your debt.
I’m in the same boat. 70% of my 1400 WarGames and Co-Op play are lagged by 0.5 to 5 seconds. I stopped playing Halo 4 on June 2 and won’t play it again until they add in options for this like other titles have.

So I returned to playing Halo Reach and about 5% of my BTB games are as lagged as H4 is nearly all the time.
