Came with two codes on the back, the first was for the Interface emblem, redeemed it through my game console and my game console acted weird after the code was entered. It still displayed the keyboard, blocking my view of the yes or no buttons. Pressing the “Spartan Hub” button (the three horizontal line button, I don’t know the official name for it,) did apparently tell my console that yes I wanted the Req Pack and it “downloaded” it.
But I never received the Req Pack with the Interface emblem in it. Went through an MS advisor already who had me check my queue, and it looks like the code was there, stuck in queued format rather than automatically downloading. I forced downloaded it but the Req Pack still isn’t there.
Secondly, go to My Games and Apps on your console, find H5, Hit the Hamburger Button (= with an extra line) choose manage game and make sure all DLC listed as “available” is installed.
Then launch H5 and check your reqs. There should be a pack that grants you the Redeem, Clippy and BOB emblem, oddly the Interface Emblem pack grants those, not an interface emblem
