So I just hopped onto some twitter and immediately looked at David Ellis’s tweets (as he is usually much more informative than HaloWaypoint.) Some key tweets I found were him replying to a concern over perks, saying “Balance is most certainly still important to Halo MP.” Hopefully this means that they have a good, innovative way of including perks without them being game-changing. He also mentions (in another reply) that it is too early to be jumping to conclusions, mainly on how Halo is turning into CoD, and that the “Making of Halo 4” is in fact part one of a series of BTS videos.
