A lot of armor in the game explains they have abilites yet the armor itself is purely cosmetic, so what if the perks for the game came with wearing the armor instead, examples.
EOD: higher grenade resistance
Soldier: hold one or 2 more clips of ammo
Recon: increase sensor range
Protector: faster shield recharge by 25%, even if wearing whole armor
random leg armor: unlimited sprint
Engineer: 50% EMP resistance
Air Assault/Aviador: longer jetpack usage
Oceanic: …spartans die in 2ft of water, i don’t even know why this armor exists.
for dexterity, they should just have everyone’s reload speed slowly go up as they level up till 50, so its like the character is getting quicker themselves. this way it would effect the game in a way so its slightly canon to the books and story and the armor does what it says it does. Everyone would still have sprint, anyone thinking of taking that out is insane.
would you have prefered the game like this rather than the normal perks, why or why not.
