Have any of you noticed the broken door on the composer mission just after rally point bravo?( after chief asks Tillson to help blow up the composer )
It seems to be jammed by some crates. I’ve gotten them to budge a little with grenades however I’ve never seen if completely moving clear the crates actually causes the door to open. Anyone have any insight into this?

Perhaps a team of Spartans with grenades and sticky detonators are required to move these boxes. Or those slacker marines on the infinity… if you know who I’m talking about lol!

Also, I don’t remember where you come across them, but there is a golden frag and plasma grenade on this mission as well somewhere. They seem to have a tad bit more kick to them plus, if they were used with the explosion modifying skull there may be hope.

Yup, I remember seeing it on my legendary play through this week. I found it just past the elite the guy assassinated in the video, I speculate he picked it up before noticing.

After jogging my memory with some inspection from the first video, yes, the gold grenade area comes up some time later in the level. If your looking at the first link its at the 21 min mark.
That may complicate things considerably if your trying to get the grenade back there…
The gold grenades may not be an easter egg but if what is said about their properties is really true, then I am intrigued.
Anyone tried meleeing them somewhere else to see if it’s due to the lighting? Or throwing it elsewhere?
As for the op, apparently, it’s possible to thruster pack through that door. And from what I’ve heard, IamTOOLBOX has tried various methods to get through.
Well I’ll be putting a few theories to the test in btwn football games today.
