Anyone here who has played Halo 3 multiplayer has no doubt played on the map High Ground. I was looking through the avatars and found this. If it doesn’t immediately jump out at you what is wrong with this picture, I’ll explain. To the best of my knowledge, at no time has there been a warthog on this map. I know for sure that in recent matchmaking, this has been true, however, I am not sure if it is in forge or not, I really don’t care to load up Halo 3 just to check. I just found it weird that they would choose this vehicle for the picture when it was either rarely or never use on the map.
I remember seeing and image like it in the Halo 3 issue of Electronic Gaming Monthly expect with Purple and Red Spartans fighting. It’s just an old image Bungie made I suppose. Nothing wrong with it.

Seems like they made another avatar out of that picture too.
It just strikes me as odd that they used photos of something that wasn’t really playable in the game like this.
That picture is very old. Pre-Halo 3 beta old.
Yes it can be done in Forge. I made a variant of High Ground that’s like an assault defend type that has the defenders with a regular Hog and a Gauss Hog.
Even have a Prowler for the Covie side on that one too.
