Good evening fellow Halo Clan,

Welcome to the community and I would like to extend an invitation to a clan alliance known as the Sector Nine Federation. Our goals and aims are simple: unite the clan community, improve the clan community and build bridges that create one of the most famous coalitions ever. The important Question right here ^. oh and i believe this guy is already part of another Alliance called the Armored Alliance, no need to invite him to the Sector Nine Federation right?

Well to join the Sector Nine Federation there is nothing to say someone who is a part of another alliance cannot be in the Coalition. I mean that would raise questions to what is a Coalition exactly? Does that mean you cannot have friends outside the Federation? Haha also Mystogan your clan even being a social based clan should still consider being a part of the Federation.

Also regarding Navy… Navy does not just mean boats you know… for example everyone literally in Halo (Except Halo Reach) was in the Navy. Sergeant Johnson he was in the Marines which was in the Navy, Master Chief he was a part of Naval Special Warfare Command. ONI? Office of NAVAL Intelligence. So I think this guy is going to be alright haha. Best of luck to your clan mate and I hope you consider joining the Federation
