Something I found missing from halo since reach have been Interactive maps, maps such as high ground or relic in which a player would try and reach a button to open a gate/teleporter. another example would be on terminal in halo 2 with the trains that passed through the map that could kill players on the train line. This wasn’t caused by a button but it did mean players had on map thoughts outside of shooting someone in the head.
I was wondering if anyone else missed this style of map? I thought they were great little game changers that really encouraged teams to think of tactics for each map which halo 4 is lacking massively due to everyone spawning with there weapon of choice in the their hands.
So guys, what’s your thoughts on this? does anyone know why these maps don’t exist any more?
