Have any Interactive Maps been spotted? Shoot a bridge to open it, open a teleporter by activating a switch, melee a vent cover to break it, shoot a stalagtite to make it fall, ride a spinning fan, get carried by a conveyor belt, even just opening a gate would add a dynamic to gameplay that we haven’t seen in a while.
Yes! I want interactive maps extremely badly! Stale just MAP maps just remind me of reach… and… I don’t wanna think about reach anymore
Even if the interaction is a swaying vine that you can run into and make it move, like H3 guardian… tiny little details that just make maps so much better

I would rather the interactivity be useful to gameplay rather than purely aesthetic. Some well designed Interactive Maps play like rounds where there is an opening strategy, like getting the teleporter open on Relic, and play much differently based on whether that open strategy is successful.
Last Resort had a pretty cool interactive quality to it. A bridge, metal slabs that covered some of the opening on a complex, a giant wind mill type of thing that could carry you to a higher point and, my favorite, the road block. When a player pressed that button on the control panel in the base, that allowed the enemy team to drive into the base, making it easier to plant a bomb or capture a flag. That added some tactics to it. One person would have to infiltrate the base, deactivate the road block, and then his buddies would swoop in with a warthog and plant the bomb.
I want interactive maps to make a comeback so -Yoinking!- badly. And I don’t just want a breakable window or vent, that’s lame and old. It’s 2012 for hell’s sake. We can do better than that.
