Insurrectionists in Spartan Ops

Because, personally, I always wanted to fight humans in Campaign without having to betray them first. 343i, would you be able to bring the Insurrection to Halo 4’s Campaign, or maybe Spartan Ops? My idea is rebels using UNSC and Covenant-issue weapons, maybe looted Semi-Powered Infiltration armor for Snipers or Specialists, maybe rogue Jackals (because after the war, some Jackals trade with rebels) or Grunts (just because their Heretic armor looks cool).

One of the better ideas I have seen tbh.

Great idea man this sounds awesome.

And how would rebels end up on a shield world at the exact same time as a covenant fleet, Infinity and Forward Unto Dawn?

Unless there are a few missions that go back in time to a few points in Johns life, then i don’t think there will be insurrectionists.

It’s unlikely as insurrectionists were before the war and no longer exist but it would be interesting to fight humans in the game. Personally I’m convinced they’ll be in the campaign as an enemy but it would also be good to see them in Spartan Ops too.

In spartan ops possibly.

We’ll, we’re not sure if the Chief will stay on Reqiuem for the entire game. And how do we know nobody will try attacking or breaking into the Infinity?

Not to sound rude but did you read glasslands? trust me the innies are back and they are still pissed off, I mean a planet fired on a UNSC ship. we will probly see these guys in Spartan Ops seeing as while some of it will take place of Requiem it is about to the travels of the Infinity

Spartan Ops doesn’t take Place solely on Requiem, it’s your multiplayer guy doing things across the galaxy like they did in Glasslands.

Some Insurrectionists still exit on various planets, not to sound rude but read Glasslands it answers some things about Halo 4.

Bungie always believed in not killing a human face. Im not sure how 343 feels about it but I would like to keep it with aliens. Just keeps it more of that haloey feel

funny you should say that, Glasslands is the only Halo book I don’t own.

Some people have obviously NEVER read any HALO books.

The innies were ALWAYS still around. Good grief look at Grey Team in The Cole Protocol.

I’d love to play as a sneaky rogue jackal. Stealing artifacts under the nose of both covies and humans. Jumping around and running quickly like I’m spider man.

While I do believe that fighting Innies is plausible in 2557, it probably won’t happen.

I like this idea. I always wanted to have a mission like the chapter Ghosts of Onyx where Blue Team infiltrated a rebel base looking for warheads. I think the only Human enemy Halo has ever had (except Halo Wars) was the rogue cop in ODST (and that is only if you had found enough audio logs). It would make sense too, because from Glasslands it looked like rebels were looking at trying to take advantage of the UNSC’s weak state, so the Infinity could have a few missions trying to suppress rebel forces or something like that. Support!

I was actually hoping for a brief Innie-themed level in Halo: Reach. Starts off with a couple Innies, then the Covenant come in…

Thank you.

Spartans were initially used for combating rebels…yet we never experience that
LET US 343!!

I Think That You Should Be Able (In One Spartan Ops Mission) to Fight AWOL Marines
I Think Tahat Would Be Awesome

I don’t see it happening in an update or DLC, but it’s totally doable.

Also, they could add “Elite Ops” where you play as the Covenant remnant and fight Marines and such.
