Considering how Spartans were originally being sent out to handle insurrectionist attacks I think we should face “insurrectionist” waves in firefight. Imagine going against a wave of warthogs, gungooses, and scorpions with a mantis boss among a pack of marines. It would be a wonderful refresher.
It would but casual joe who knows 0 of halos lore will say “why are we fighting people?” and then claim 343 is trying to make halo cod

I can’t see why they couldn’t add it, Insurrectionists would definitely be a cool addition.
That would be cool or at least some different bosses in these vehicles
Absolutely not. fighting regular human forces in video games is THE MOST BORING, OVERPLAYED story and game device in the history of the FPS

First of all it would be a wave type, it wouldnt replace covenant or promethean enemies, just add to the variety. And second yeah thats why they would be driving vehicles and also dont we fight spartans in multiplayer? That would count as a “human force” so…
We fought them in Halo Wars. They could even use the Meridian miners, they were very vehement towards the UNSC. Just use a scenario where they were actually violent and hostile.
I’d rather fight a army of rocks if it meant not fighting promeathans.

Because Soartans have more abilities than regular people do, and I don’t feel like it counts. Also, even that gets old fast, and that’s partly what made Halo 2 so good, having human and elites alike
What are you on about? the enemy marines on Warzone are basically them!

What are YOU on about? Im talkin about firefight not warzone
I like the idea of ai enemies in human vehicles, like the warthog.
Cool idea, they could redesign the Marines from Warzone and adjust their tuning. It’d be perfect having the chance to fight scorpions, warthogs, gungeese, and maybe even falcons (hopefully) in the full warzone gamemode.
I would like to see this mainly because they could add UNSC vehicles that they use that we could go up against say a scorpion similar to the warthog and mantis in the new warzone map
The prospect of fighting insurrectionists was always exciting to me, especially after the HuntTheTruth campaign after which it actually seemed like that could be a possibility in Halo 5.
Honestly though, WZFF is meant to be a training sim for spartans and there isn’t much fun or glory in brutally destroying unarmored opponents.
