Instantaneous Ban?

Hey,

So I have been playing Halo 5’s campaign and just now set up Live Gold for myself to play multiplayer but as soon as I got into the menu, it said that I wasn’t allowed to play multiplayer? The actual message was “One or more players in your fireteam are not allowed to play multiplayer.”

So my question really is, does anyone have any idea why I would have some type of ban before I’ve even played a game? And how do I fix it?

It’s probable that the game hasn’t realized you have bought Gold yet. Try closing the game and opening it.

Same here? What gives. Is this a new bug?

Yeah I pulled my disc out, quit the game and put it back in and all sorted!
