Instant Respawn Has Gotta Go!

With the recent weapons update, there are faster kill times and the base player speed has been increased. This wouldn’t be bad if it wasn’t for instant respawn in slayer gametypes. You kill someone, they instantly respawn, and with the increased speed they get to your location near instantly. This causes a lot of chaos in areas, but I noticed that it also doesn’t promote map flow. It also makes people rely less on strategy and more on a “run-and-gun” approach.

Yes, it’s one of the worst features in the game but on an up note it can easily be fixed at the drop of a hat. I just hope they actually get around to taking it out.

Halo was never meant to be played with instant respawns, we need a grace period.
