Yesterday had the same issue of I would go to launch and it would either go to black screen with the loading circle frozen then crash to desktop or would hit play from Steam, wait a couple of seconds, then would have play button appear again with 0 indication of the game starting. Redownloaded yesterday and it fixed the issue.
Has anyone else been having this specific issue?
Quick Specs: i7-9700k, 32gb Ram ,1080 Strix. Game runs smoothly between 70fps and 80fps high settings when playing.
