I downloaded and installed Infinite to the drive of my choice, but MCC didn’t give me that option. It just installed itself onto my SATA III SSD Windows boot drive, when I really wanted it to be installed on my M.2 NVME game drive. How do I fix this?
Are you downloading from Steam platform or from XBox Store platform?

Xbox store, where I have always purchased the digital copies.
In Windows, go to Settings
Windows 10:
Select ‘Apps’, then select the game, then select ‘Move’
Windows 11:
Select ‘Apps’, then select ‘Apps & features’, then select the icon on the right (three vertical dots), then select ‘Move’
Yeah well Windows store is bugged that way.
i would say:
go to settings and then to ms store and change the directory to what ever you want
