Installed MCC on series S - game is Korean??

For clarification, I live in Belgium. and have Dutch set up as the primary language.
After installing and first boot, Halo MCC asked if I wanted to download the German language pack. I don’t speak a lick of German, so I declined. However, it turns out that I now have the Korean version of the game. I can’t find an option anywhere to change the language back to English, meaning the game is unusable for me.

I don’t have any weird network settings. Downloaded through the game pass on a Belgian ISP.
Any help would be appreciated.

There should be a language changing option. I’ve found it on the Console.
• Go to Settings
• Bump over to Accessibility on the far right roster
• Beneath Subtitles, there is a “Change Language” option (2nd one down)

Hope this helps. That’s very strange.

I’m also from Belgium and have the same problem like you. We need to find how to change language in the game, not on the console because the other games are fine.

As there was no solution yet, I would like to share what I tried. I also live in Belgium, I had set my console language settings to Dutch (on Xbox Series X).
I changed my language settings to English (I only left “Belgium” as location, both other language settings switched to English).
When launching the MCC after having changed these settings, the game mentioned that the English language pack is available. It is installing now.

So, I had this issue as well. Only in Norway, with Norwegian language. Looked like it was Korean or something for me as well. And this fixed it for me. Changed language to English, issue solved. Really weird stuff.

Forza Horizon 4 always asked me if I wanted to install portuguese for some reason, and this fixed that as well! Thank you!
