Installed digital version but says 0gb suddenly.

Completely installed the game along with the patch, it was well over 50gb total, now suddenly it reads 0gb when I “manage game”. When I go to manage the game it gives me the option to uninstall it. Uninstall what if its 0gb? Doesn’t makes sense to uninstall nothing. I’ve already did the hard reset, not understanding why it still reads 0gb. It just reads “pre-ordered”

When I attempt to launch the game it doesn’t place in the queue to download the game, it just reads “You’re too early, we know you want to get started but you’ll have to wait a bit longer.”

Wat lol

So should I redownload or what?

Restart your Xbox and see if you can see the size of halo 5.

Uninstall then re-download, doesn’t hurt to try.

I had that happen to me…I wasn’t taking any risks. Uninstalled and reinstalled, now it’s sitting at 54.8gb ready to roll

Yeah downloading it again might be an issue, my internet is complete crap here, but then again I have over 50 hours to do it.

It’s probably just a system glitch that will work itself out.

That’s the same as a hard reset like in my OP right? Hold down the power button for several seconds?

you tried unplugging it from the power brick for a minute? Hopefully you get sorted soon

Mine did the same thing. Hard reboot fixed it.

Happened to me, it fixed itself.
Although, I did do a hard reset, since I was having troubles on the new UI.
Maybe try a hard reset and check?

Hm so you think it’ll be alright once midnight rolls around Tuesday morning? The thing that makes me feel like it’ll work is the game is under the “installed” games tab.

This happened to me, I fixed it by turning off instant on, resetting my xbox, and then turning instant on back on

Yeah I tried that too. Ugh, gonna be pissed if midnight rolls around and it starts downloading lol

Mine did pre-load last week, but now it’s only saying 10MB (just the req pack DLC stuff)

no big deal to me.
