I’ve been playing Halo MCC since i got a gaming computer finally. Was playing it yesterday morning, worked just fine. Was doing infected, Halo 4 Legendary… everything worked great.
Que last night and i try to play Multiplayer and it says none of the games are installed, Reach, CE, etc. I click on them and says “This DLC is not installed, would you like to install?” click on yes and nothing happens. Same thing for any of the games. Just got through uninstalling and re-installing everything and boom… that did nothing, same issue.
Can i get help on this please? Cause i am really puzzled on what to do.
I am suffering from the same thing.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled & reboot several times. Installed from xbox app and installed from windows store, nothing works.
I’m having the same issue, I reinstalled MCC and all the games but it’s still the same. The game tells me anti cheat is disabled and the games are not installed when the Microsoft store tells me it is

sign out of ms store.
sign in again
update mcc it should install it
tell me if it works or not

Signed in and out of MS store, clicked on get updates and says all apps have the latest updates. Went back on, issue still there so nope, didn’t work.
How is there so many people affected by this and not even an acknowledgement?

Huh. Do one thing then. Go to settings and reset your ms store. Then download it. It should work then. Also you have to click on mcc to download again. Not click on updates. This was it will scan the files and only download it what it need.

Nobody is experiencing this but us. Everyone is making forums about non sense and Halo Infinite mean while Halo Mcc doesn’t let me play any of the Halo games. The Microsoft store on pc is broken right. Nobody is talking about it including 343.

Ahh, forgot to uninstall before resetting it. So that’s on me, my bad. Will let u know if it works.

I tried everything, eventually ending up with wiping my PC and doing a custom reinstallation of Windows. That fixed the issue for about a week, then back to this garbage error nonsense. Microsoft support actually attempted to fix the issue, ultimately failing unfortunately. Halo support just kinda said ‘sorry’ and ‘we don’t know when the will be fixed’. Everyone should definitely submit tickets to Halo support about this though. Maybe they’ll actually acknowledge that it exists. Best of luck though mate.

I already have it bought on MS Store, ain’t buying it again
