While trying to install the master chief collection it has paused at 38.5% of the way through Halo 2. It was moving fine before this and has been stuck here for over 2 hours.
I mi have tried resetting my Xbox and network but it does not help. Netflix works fine so I know it’s not a network issue. Is the only way to get around this to completely reinstall?
I remember back when Halo MCC first launched and around the time of the first patches, sometimes it would appear as if nothing was happening when it was actually installing (just being really slow). Try leaving it for a while longer (without resetting your box) and see how it goes. Reinstalling may also help, but I tend to leave that as a last ditch effort. If you do try that, again try not to hard reset your console while it’s installing
