hey how’s it going, I’ve been back and forth with Microsoft trying to figure out why exactly my halo wars 2 game refuses to download all the way to 100%. We’ve tried every possible solution to try and get the game to download all the way, but still nothing. It has almost been a week since the new update and I’ve tried 5 times to download the game and it stops exactly at 22% every single time… Connection isn’t the issue due to my roommate owning the game and downloading it without an issue. It is surprising to say the least, that a company of your merit doesn’t have a technical support number, like it’s 2017. I have purchased multiple games from you guys and this is the first issue I’ve had, so I can’t complain too much. please help me fix the issue or inform me when there will be a new update to fix the issue. thanks!
