So there isn’t really much that we know of Installation 06 (Gamma Halo) but according to the description of the Defender Helmet that reads “Currently employed at research facilities on (I can’t tell the name) and Gamma Halo” … it seems like some time in the five years after Halo 3, humanity actually plopped down a research facility on a Halo ring…
Sorry if this was known via books or some other source but this is completely new to me. I wonder if a terminal in Halo 4 will explain this or perhaps one of the CO’s would explain to Chief.
All I know is it could lead to some pretty interesting stuff, heck for all we know some Spartan Ops missions could take place there now!

In Halo Primordium They also found Installation 07Read the book if you want to know whats up with that Installation. I believe it will have a big part in Halo 5 or 6.

installation 07 is in that book quite a bit yes but that’s all in the past, Humanity doesn’t know where it is yet.
The odds of that station surviving are slim to none. I’m pretty sure they’re talking about the actual Halo.
Has anyone else noticed
that at the end of the new vidoc the same shot that has an unconscious Chief has the planet from the main menu in the background? The structure the Chief is on looks to be a UNSC outpost build into the side of some of the debris orbiting the planet, I think this is Eta Halo, but what it actually is depends on how many Halos the UNSC has actually found. It could also be Omega Halo, as the surface appears to be desert like, and both Eta and Gamma appear to have a desert-like surface, just as the Halo around this mysterious planet does.

Installation 3 happens to be the very one Halsey was sent to.
Don’t know about anyone else but the simple fact that 343 mentioned 2 different Halo arrays in the description of 2 different helmets is giving me a nerd-on right now… lol

Pretty sure that they mention the same halo but I’ve got a nerd-on about it too

John, Cortana and the Forerunners turn against the UNSC. I’m calling it.

The Thursday War? Just googled it… where or how in the world do you people keep up with the books that are coming out? I just recently bought Glasslands, Cryptum and Primordium! Is there a certain website that tells about new Halo books coming out? If so, please share xD

I wanna see more Halos blown up.
But seriously… ONI seems a bit trigger happy and a bit too confident that they’ll survive wars.
According to the previews of The Thursday War, ONI’s plan caused another war with the Sangheli, and the successful testing of the Infinity on Sanghelious.
If they aren’t afraid to attack Sanghelious with the Infinity, who is stopping them from using a Halo Ring against them?

Hold up, ONI decided it was a good idea to attack the elites? Freaking really? Well… I’m tossing out my theory that the covenant in Halo 4 hasn’t heard of the news where the UNSC and humans joined forces and taking up “ONI screwed up, royally”

ONI’s been a big problem since the beginning, and they keep getting worse. They’re destroying the Elite’s, and now they’re in command of 3 Halos (Installations 03, 05, and 06)! That makes them in control of not only the Halos, but the entire galaxy, as they can threaten their enemies that they’re going to activate the Halos.
John, Cortana, and more people are going to have to deal with ONI (not UNSC!) eventually. They’re gaining too much control, and it’s eventually going to end up very bad if John, Cortana, and others don’t deal with them.
If a rebel uprising happens again, I can’t blame them for turning against ONI.
Holy crap! Halo 5/6 is going to be awesome! Taking the fight to ONI as the Chief, with Cortana, UNSC forces, Rebel forces, Elite forces, and more! ONI’s got a thing or two coming to them! This makes me excited just thinking about it!
