I’m having trouble installing the HW2, my problem is in the screenshot
I legally bought the game from G2A and redeemed the code through my XBONE, it shows up in the game library in the store and it works fine through the Xbox.
Is anyone getting/had this issue? Is it HW2 exclusive or is it a problem on my end?
In the Windows Store, try going into the “My Library” section. From there look in “Your Games”. It should be in there to download. If not, I would get on to Microsoft Support.

Had a talk with Microsoft, Windows and Xbox support, none of them knew why i was getting this error and the only conclusion we came to was that 343 was responsible for it. I would still appreciate any help though.

I was able to get it to download after multiple attempts. I ended up getting it to download from my library after a few restarts.
