I have installed Halo Master Chief collection and on the Xbox One it shows the download is complete. But when I start the game it shows that Halo 2, Halo 3 are still at 50 percent and 68 percent. With the download for the multiplayer at 0 percent. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it back but the problem continues.
My friend had the exact same problem, I figured out how to fix it though. Disconnect your Xbox One from any internet connection, delete the MCC game data from the hard drive and install the game again. For some reason installing the game and downloading the patch at the same caused the error. Install the disc offline and then connect for the patch.
