I bought halo 5 guardians when it first came out and had no issues. Just recently tried to play after updating it and it will not load the game I have installed and uninstalled it just starts then goes right back to Xbox one dashboard I talked to Xbox one support they said that some of the game disks were bad and back in 2016 343 industries sent out digital copys of the game to fix the problem can u please help me with this issue thanks
