Hi!
I was lucky enough to get a code for the Halo Infinite Insider app through Steam. I downloaded it and launched it but was greeted with a black screen with 3 moving dots on the left corner. Does this mean I have to wait or are there other underlying issues I need to fix?
Sorry if there’s a post similar. I tried to look for something like this.

i think server are really REALLY a huge potato
When lauching the game for the first time it takes longer. It took me almost 4 to 6 minutes. If you are using AMD be sure you are using the most current version.

I’m getting the same on launch. I’m going to leave it for a few minutes like @h0twing3 says
Just got in waited like 10 mins on black screen but it worked!!

Hey, this is the current loading screen. You will see it constantly during the beta.
On that note, Devs even adding the word loading to the screen will help clear this confusion up.
As long as those dots are moving on your screen though, you’re good to go… eventually
Had this problem, went to task manager while running Infinite, hit the down arrow on “game release”, or whatever Infinite is dubbed in your manager, the tab then dropped down and revealed “Game”, then I right-clicked and selected “Maximize” and the game started working instantly. Hope it works for you guys.
Halo infinite loading.
Took 15 minutes of a black screen with 3 dots but I got to the menu.
Same issue here.
