I wonder if we will get rewards like the beta recruit/alpha in H5’s. Just an emblem would be cool and fair for those who didn’t get invited
edit: after watching the insider preview, yeah, there will be exclusive rewards for insiders.

Would be unfair to those who didn’t got an invitation even if they were Inside members.
Would be something different if it would have been an open beta.
I believe that every insider will be invited to an Infinite flight at some point. I don’t know if my memory is messing with me, but I swear I heard that more and more insiders will be invited with each flight, eventually having all insiders participate.
Either way, I think the privilege of getting a taste before everyone else is already a good enough “reward”.
Would be weird considering 343i are the ones choosing who gets in or not. I could see something like this better suited to if/when they do a full on open beta that everybody can jump into and not be invite only.
Mcc has insider specific rewards, So I don’t see why not.
Every previous preview of a Halo game where a reward of some form was received were open betas where users were not selected and could join if they wanted (though in some instances they needed to purchase another game for access such as ODST > Reach beta.)
This is much different than that.

Well, there was also the MCC’s “Headhunter” though it was more than ‘just participate’, not sure if that counts but:

That is correct. I also have the MCC Insider nameplate reward.
I was mistaken on that piece and appreciate the correction.
I suppose we will have to wait and see. It is my opinion that rewards for open things are better for the playerbase rather than when a user has to be selected, but either way it won’t be majorly impactful to Halo Infinite and okay either way.
We’ll probably get an emblem, nameplate type thing or something.
Most likely just an emblem, nameplate…at the minimum maybe something to show off on waypoint? But I doubt we will leave this insider without ANYTHING.
I got invited to this weekends flight sooo happy:fire:
I think the reward is getting into the game in the first place. If at some point everyone gets an invitation, then yeah, reward the people who participate. If they are all limited in scale, an Insider reward should go to anyone who signed up for the fligths.
If there was it would probably be a boring emblem that nobody would use in a couple months but I’d take it! Always cool to have that stuff in a couple years time.
It would be neat, but at that point it would be unfair/sad for those people who also really wanted to get into the flight, but weren’t chosen
I would accept there being a small token of appreciation BUT!
If said reward for playing a beta, which on its own is reward enough if you ask me, then you must also earn the reward in the beta.
Play a solid amount of matches or get a certain number of kills to prove, that you tested and helped create data for the developers to analyze. Thereby earning said treasure of the beta, and not just having it granted for simply powering up the game.

I think this is good and drives player engagement for more data.
With previous flight rewards, you were rewarded if you matched with 343i (so likely playing a lot of matches in the hopes to do so) and also playing a certain amount of matches during a specified timeframe.
Both of these helped to encourage player participation in areas 343i is eager to obtain data.
I’m still a fan of rewards for open tests rather than closed, but if there is to be a reward I think a reciprocal reward for the player and good amount of useful data for 343i is a good approach.
Probably just an emblem and/or a nameplate. I’m cool with that.
It would be a reason to sign up even if you don’t care about the game and since tje game is gonna be filled with mts id assume people who want 100% will definitely be after it
Would be really unfair to those not lucky enough to get invited.
If there was, it’d be an emblem.
