Is it climate controlled on the inside? I mean come on, it has to be getting hot in that armor fighting in it all the time. Right?
Gel in the armour which keeps it at the right temperature.
Spartan armor is rated for vacuum operations, so I would assume it has climate control, keeping the Spartans cool, calm and collected even in the heat of intense, visceral combat.
Presumably it also has a waste management system because it would be tough to get off every time they had to take a dump.
The hydrostatic gel layer of the undersuit can regulate the suits temperature to keep the wearer comfortable.
