well the maps it seems are the ones we saw in the preview bazaar, live fire and recharge
Heatwave is absolutely the new Scattershot type weapon we saw in the trailer videos. With the nature of how it shoots and the fact that it’s shown in the Live Fire map screenshot, that’s definitely the case here. 95% confident on that.

I love it too, it looks like the UNSC managed to reverse engineer Promethean tech while keeping it in the classic geometric glory of the Halo art-style. Its going to be really cool to blast people with bouncing shots from that bad boy! I can imagine how much of a nightmare that thing would be in a narrow hallway.

Could be. I’d agree that it isn’t the sexiest but it also could be the actual name.
I’m more trying to figure out which faction it belongs to.
More than likely UNSC, but aside from the Rail Gun (and Gauss Hog), what other weapon fires energy like that? Is it hijacked Forerunner tech that’s repurposed?
