I’ve been getting very bad stutters in game once I try to launch with any level of graphics settings. My task manager is showing that I still have bandwidth with all my processes running.
I’ve tried reinstalling and running at the lowest quality settings. Nothing helps.

EDIT: Fixed by turning off framerate locks (turn off VSync, set Maximum Frame Rate to “Unlocked” (highest setting on dropdown) and Minimum Frame Rate to “Off” (highest setting on dropdown))
