Innovation isn't difficult

Listen people who blindly accept any changes to Halo (probably in the hopes that won’t be bad anymore), adding new elements of gameplay doesn’t always translate to a better game. You blindly accept any change that 343/Bungie makes to Halo with absolutely no defense other than…

→ give 343 a chance (ok, but no. 5 years is to long to wait)
→ they know what they’re doing (Armor Lock? Argument void)
→ adapt (you know who adapts, the players who go positive and not you who argues this)

Is it difficult to understand that some players can predict the negative effects of gameplay changes. Once again, it didn’t take a rocket scientist to know that armor lock would have been a horrible idea, yet it somehow made it into the final game. It is obvious why most of the current changes 343 has announced will negatively affect Halo.

If you tell a fellow Halo player about the “announced” changes and they reply with
(true personal stories)
“you’re lying” (in response to forerunner vision)
“join in-game session” (^ person after he read the “announced” changes)
“I like regicide, it sounds like the only thing that doesn’t ruin Halo”
“I’m changing my desktop background”
“I don’t feel good about Halo 4 anymore”
“So I’m no longer buying the legendary edition”
“This game better come with a 67$ rebate inside”
etc…

…chances are they are game breaking.

The game could still end up being pretty good.

I’m sure it will be a great game compared to other franchises. However, compared to previous Halo titles it will fall short in terms of the most important element… matchmaking.

I’m sure the H4 campaign will be great.

I have said it before and I will say it again: The multiplayer is dead to me now; the only reason I’m looking forward to H4 is for Spartan Ops and Campaign.
