Inifinite ammo on warzone firefight

When I was playing mythic WFF I realize that every single game is the same if you want to win or be in 1st place at least.
I have done this the most of my games:

  • Round 1: Kill many enemies trying not to die so you can get level three in round 2. - Round 2: Spaw a ghost - Round 3: Spawn ghost ultra or wraith - Round 4 -5: Spawn a wraith ultra (so you can kill the enemies in the back of the bases)If I don’t spawn vehicles I get kill so easily, and if I spawn a weapon like “the answer” I have insufficient ammo to kill all the enemies.

I would add two restrictions to have infinite ammo on WFF:

  • To have infinite ammo on a weapon you would need one level above from that weapon, for example, to have infinite ammo on the answer (level 6) is necessary to be at least in level 7. - Drop weapons from AI’s should be erased, to avoid players from getting strong weapons for free.[Edit]
Instead of just infinite ammo, it would be more reasonable to get ammo from the terminals as any loadout weapon. So if you’re fighting against bosses and you run out of ammo you need to go to the closest terminal.
I would keep the first restriction to be allowed to get ammo from the terminals. About the second restriction the weapons will be around 15 seconds on the map, so only the people near the AI’s (who probably kill them) can pick up the weapons.
    [Edit]

no fun to have infinite ammo, it make thing too easy …

WFF is as easy as you are willing to use your reqs.
On round 4 and 5 loadout weapons and low-level power weapons are useless, especially against bosses.

Razor’s Edge would be the only remotely useable one.

Most of the powers weapons would be usable, but you would need to be careful so you don’t get killed. For example, in level 5 req you can spawn the whiplash, but it has a low rate of fire and the level 5 req is unlocked on round 3-4. At this time the bosses are stronger even more on Mythic WFF

We don’t need infinite ammo. Just pull out a good vehicle + Wheelman and you’re all set.

Bandanna skull if that’s what you’re asking for.

That’s what I always do and most of the time I get first, but when I play without vehicles I only get assists. WFF is made to play with vehicles (legendary and mythical)

Unlimited ammo??? I thought Warzone Firefight was designed to have a bit of a Challenge???

If that is the case, then I’m afraid this post about infinite ammo is kinda redundant. It would defeat the purpose of pulling out better REQs.

I think the existing system is fine.

Honestly, I’d be happy if they just sprinkled a few more REQ stations or ammo crates around the maps so I can reload my loadout weapons without having to do a cross-country run.

That would make it pretty easy. It would also make the extra ammo attachment and armor mod pretty redundant.

I would be fine with increased ammo for REQ weapons, but not infinite ammo. That would make it too easy.

Even Infinite ammo is only marginally worse than a vehicle, since vehicle provides ou with armor and mobility (in some cases).

And even then, only some weapons are worth going infinite ammo for. I’m not going to use that on a Storm Rifle or a Shotgun. I’ll barely consider it for a Nornfang. But then you realize that all these bosses have a ton of health, meaning you’re never going to use a precision weapon, just Rocket Launchers and Plasma Casters and Needlers

Since we went over the underpowered side, now look at the overpowered side. Rocket Launchers and Plasma Casters and Needlers. Things would be trivial if everyone had one of those weapons and kept firing upon any boss, chances are they’ll even be stunlocked to death like Warden Eternal.

Finally, removing dropped AI weapons mean that Firefight is 100% reliant on people with the right REQs to use in the game, and someone without those REQs are forced to use a Loadout weapon or some low levelled weapon/vehicle.

Seriously if you’re not going to use vehicles, especially a tank or Mantis, then you might as well not play Warzone Firefight, or at least not Legendary or Mythic. They are the only items in the game capable of dealing enough damage to kill a mythic boss in the time allowed.

Infinite ammo would make the game way too easy. Imagine calling out any Mythic weapon or something like the Answer or even Void’s Tear. It would literally break the game.

Get in a tank and fight at Warden with the seven other tanks.

Part of my problem with WZFF is that not all the REQs are useful. You get the most utility from a vehicle because it has infinite ammo, so everyone goes for vehicles (which causes clutter in tight spaces and makes it so that one person gets in there first and blocks off other vehicles). But all the single-use power weapons take a backseat because of the limited amount of damage you can dish out with them. Like, when firing a single rocket at a normal Banshee AI doesn’t destroy it, why would I ever want to spawn rockets? If it takes an entire power weapon to kill just a few enemies, what’s the point? The bullet-sponginess of enemies and bosses makes single-use weapons give very little bang for your buck.

Nah. Infinite ammo makes it too easy. Pick up weapons from the map or visit REQ stations.

Agreed, would love to see more REQ stations. Another point is adding the option to choose our vehicle spawn points. That way we’re not wasting time driving our Scorpions to the other side of the map.

So instead of just infinite ammo, it would be more reasonable to get ammo from the terminals as any loadout weapon. So if you’re fighting against bosses and you run out of ammo you need to go to the closest terminal.
