My ingame service record claims that I completed campaign missions 10, 12 and 13 in co-op. Only thing is I haven’t played ANY of the campaign in co-op at all. Any idea what’s caused this???

Sorry OP has not happened to me. Thanks for reporting the bug. 343 does monitor these forums so it if good for them to know. It is not likely that you will get an answer from them as there are thousands of posts. I recommend adding the word, glitch or bug to the title of your thread, to read:. Ingame service record glitch

I have beaten Halo:ce and Halo 2 on legendary and my game screen shows i have but i have no achievements showing i have beaten a single level and on my service record it shows i haven’t even started the game ( gamer tag : Arvieux)I think it maybe a glitch
