My friend found the Terminal on Infinity, but after it said Domain Terminal Unlocked, he wasn’t credited it on Waypoint, nor can he unlock the achievement for finding all the Terminals.
Re-visiting the Campaign shows the Terminal already discovered so he can’t re-get it, and trying to do it on co-op with someone who doesn’t have it still doesn’t unlock it.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Will there be a fix for this, it happened in Anniversary and no fix ever came?

Took me another Visit to touch the 1st Terminal for the Master Chief Achievemant.
Im guessing you have to touch these Terminal(s) again… Its glitchy Glitchy I think :S

You can only use it once, then you can no longer reactivate it.
Stupid bug 
Try playing co-op with someone that doesn’t have the terminal unlocked, when I did I was able to unlock the terminals several times.

i had an issue i could get achievemnet for checking chiefs record went all the way through to
