Im a little confused by the name of Halo 4 multiplayer and infinity slayer.
Are killstreaks, sry “Ordinance drops,” in every multiplayer gametype or is infinity slayer its own slayer varient?

I believe Ordnance Drops are only in Infinity Gametypes !

That’s how I understand it. And they aren’t “killstreaks” my friend. You get points toward your ord dropby doing any manner if things other than getting kills. Assists, distractions, flag assists, the list goes on.

Cool… I can’t remember how old the picture is that I have of the War Games Playlist, but Extraction was not apart of whatever build my pic is from.

yeah i know what you’re talking about, i guess they took it out so they could keep the extraction gametype a secret. but the weird thing is that they released it in the interactive thing and… well… that’s it, no really big reveal or anything. still speculation on details of the game too. i’m hoping we’ll see more details/gameplay of it in todays livestream or the MLG tourney(probably not) or even in the reviews tomorrow.

Frankie was saying that there would be a few things they will keep a secret. So it makes me wonder what other goodies/surprises do we have in store over the next few days.

yeah that’s good news. i like the idea that there are still some more surprises in store for us. i already think its going to be a great game but it gives me (and others) hope that it can be even better.
Good GOLLY miss Jolly! I think infinity slayer still falls under the umbrella of slayer. Meaning its just custom options that can be changed.
I see three scenarios:
1.we select “team slayer” we have voting options for either Infinity or slayer pro
2.We have two separate playlists entirely
3.Everything uses the infinity model, Personal ordinance drops(P.O.Ds) included.
In other words: no-one here on the forums have any idea whats going to happen. Perhaps we will know tommarow.

I hope so. I want to play classic slayer, not slayer pro.
