Why did I know this was gonna happen? No…seriously why did I know? You have Lockout which is currently being defiled by Infinity Slayer, and then you have these other maps that yes…have balanced gameplay for some, static weapon spawns for all. But are ruined by Infinity Slayer. Simplex was meant to be played with the gametype that was made for it. A playlist that is competitive, gets taken over by two non-competitive playlist.
When will 343 realize, that EVEN though we’re testing these ,Competitive Arena Style maps AREN’T meant for Infinity Slayer!! I’ve made classic gametypes in mere minutes. Competitive maps are made to work with competitive settings. I cannot make this anymore clear. I have a feeling I’m gonna buy Halo 5 just for the Campaign, Spartan Ops(if it has it) and Forge. I’m slowly losing my interest in this new trilogy’s matchmaking.
343, please learn from Bungie, them becoming an independent company not run by -Yoink!- lead them to make 2 great Halo games. Please…stop letting Microsoft control you because its screwing our beloved franchise left and right.
