Hi I was wondering if amyone could shed some light on this for me… I understand how the whole challenge works, and have been registered for over a week. I did receive the confirmation email with the fake contract thing but nothing after that. Between last night and today I have logged over six hours of play and tons of score in the Infinity Challenge playlist, but my gamertag doesn’t even show up in the leaderboards. I also realize it says it will only update every 24 hours but it just updated within the last hour or so. Is this a common problem?

I’m in the same boat, the only thing I can think of is that every match takes 24 hours to get updated… But I could be wrong, it would be nice to get some sorta confirmation though… I guess I’ll find out soon enough!

Yeah if there’s nothing there by tomorrow night we’ll be so far behind it may be hard to catch up and compete without playing 24 hours straight lol… hopefully it’s just a temporary bug.

In the same boat gamertag doesn’t show up, waited 24hrs, nothing emailed support got a link to the FAQ where I got the email link from replied back to support completely ignored by steve. Bad customer support was ready to buy map pass. Sucks lvl 83 and now so fed up just went today and bought cod. Bye halo for good last time you will get my money. Screw you -Yoink!- gaming.

Customer service is gone, I now put done my xbox controller for the last time and turn on my ps3 knowing this is last time I will use my xbox. Hello, call of duty.

It might be as simple as its just not updated yet or you have not played and gained enough points to get onto the leader board. I have no idea, just a stab in the dark suggestion. 6hrs is very low, compared to the leader boards I think. I played 16hrs and go onto tier 1 just.

I am in the same boat mate and i am level 106, so give them a chance and be patient.
Nothing is perfect and with so many people, hardware and software systems involved i expected something would go wrong!!!

Missed the point Steve sending a link to the FAQ with no explanation, calling it solved, if customer support is that bad how can I possible believe this is fair and on the up and up? Like I said bye halo hello cod and ps3. I sent five support tickets only first they responded to by linking me to the FAQ which is where I found the support link. Bad support doesn’t give me the faith to just wait it out, most people just got a huge leg up on a small group with problems, do you think I have shot now, I don’t. Bye halo. P.s its been well over 24 hrs. Why play if you have a disadvantage from the start.

I noticed some of my friends were not on it who did sign up so I don’t know but it is happening. Also with regards to catching, best of luck. The leader is suspected of cheating by having other people play on his account when hes sleeping, and the people in contention are playing 12-15 hours a day either because they don’t have work or school, or their work is Halo (i.e. MLG pros). So unless you can keep up with a cheater or people do can afford to no life it, you will have a tough time catching up. But fortunately you only have to be in the top 10% of each tier to be eligible to get a prize by competing in the final week tournament when the stats are reset to make it all equal.

Controller blanks out says reconnect have four controllers first part of match I lose controller connect rest of match fine only happened with infinty challenge. Either I am really unlucky or this is fixed. Scam. Doesn’t happen to my wife playing just my account. Like I said the winners are already determined.

Just such a let down I used to love halo. Even a ban hammer would be to late to fix all the multiplayer problems. Welcome the new king of fps multiplayer COD please all bow to the new king.

ok for those who registered for the tournament it would seem only challenge slayer is for those who registered as the tourney picture is posted on screen when you look for games all others do not. so if you been playing other war games except infinty challenge slayer looks like your score will not count .
