I was very excited to hear about the Infinity Challenge and I believe I even preregistered.
I’ve tried numerous times to check for my gamertag on the leaderboards and I receive an error message “Not found. Please enter a full gamertag.” I am entering it correctly with correct caps lock, nor have I changed my GT. I am definitely registered, because when I try to re-register it says that this account is already enrolled.
I have contacted -Yoink!- and this was their reply:

Hey XXXXXX,
there is a small percentage of users that are not showing up on the leaderboard. I have sent your information on to the Admins of 343 Studios so that they can locate your GamerTag and Stats.
I stopped devoted playtime towards the Infinity Challenge lists and even Halo 4 because of this error. I am not asking for any preferential treatment because of the error, I am just kind of bummed and now curious to see where my stats lie.
I hope this is the proper channel to go through seeing that it is not even clear on Halo Waypoint where or who to contact with “issues”.
Please advise.
