So, the timing of the Infinity Challenge finals kinda shafted me it turned out. I wasn’t able to play the day finals started or most of the day after so I was pretty far behind the curve plus my semester started Monday so I’m a bit unable to play as much as I might like.
So that was fine and all, I gave it a good go.
Today, checking the leaderboard I saw that the top guy had a whopping 419,825 points! I thought to myself, “Well that’s a pretty -Yoink!- high number, I wonder how much he’s been playing to do so well?”
So I looked at his stats to see what his secret was, maybe he’s just a real bad–Yoink- or whatever. Quite the contrary it seems. I was not informed prior to the finals that farming free kills was a legitimately allowed plan of action. Man, wish I knew that in the beginning.
Looking through his recent games, he’s got oodles of points half the time and almost none the other half. It seems like he just kind of quits the games with real people in them. I thought he must be kicking some -Yoink- when I saw a 1275 game score.
Guess not. He’s been basically farming a handful of low ranked, uncustomized red spartans with obscure names who average a whopping 0 points a game. Awesome.
I didn’t think I was going to win this contest but I had assumed you guys would be better at catching this crap. Good going guys.
