Is the stuff from the Infinity Armor Pack locked out of Spartan Ops or is my game just messing with me?

I just bought it and it only works in the other multiplayer types, while still showing Mk-V armor in the SOps after-game score screen.

None of the DLC armour that came as part of the Infinity armour pack or with McFarlane toys will work in Spartan Ops due to memory restriction not allowing them. The only reason that the Fotus, Recruit prime and other launch pre order weapons/armours work is because they are disc locked content and not actually DLC.

So basically if you get it from the store, it’ll only work in War Games?

You can’t use anything included in the Champion’s Bundle in Spartan Ops unfortunately. I had the same problem.

The only way to have that stuff work in Spartan Ops is to get GotY or Legendary Edition.

This still doesn’t work since the DLC armours are not coded onto the disc. As I said in my above comment, armours/skins from the Champions bundle are actual DLC and due to memory restrictions in Spartan Ops, they will not show. Armours such as Fotus, Recruit Prime and the pre order bonuses are on the disc already (aka disc locked content) and therefore are included in Spartan Ops.

It doesn’t matter if you have the GotY edition or not (there is no Legendary edition of HAlo 4 only the Limited edition which is the one I have), any armour/skins that are from the Champions bundle or McFarlane toy range cannot and will not be available in Spartan Ops. This was stated by 343 and there wont be a fix for this.
