If Infinite released without any issue, I still prefer Guardians, but that is my preference; something you can’t change no matter how many facts or opinions you throw against it! I like the game for what it is!

Your argument that Halo 5 is a good game is invalid, none of these are good games. Infinite is objectively BETTER because it’s more fun and less of a laggy nightmare to play.

I enjoy Halo 5. Am lying to myself? Am I in denial? I played 13hrs straight of Guardians with no regrets, remember? I don’t think anyone would dedicate that much time to a game they despise!

Yes, the main reason I don’t play 5 is because its unplayably laggy and I don’t like the design choices they made.
I wouldn’t look at those two things, think “ah well, might as well stick with it just to spite everyone” and play it anyway.
Not sure if anyone else pointed this out in this thread, but MCC at launch also gave you 4 campaigns compared to 1 in Infinite.

I don’t like many design choices made in Guardians also, but does that have to keep me from enjoying the gameplay? Just because of a shortcoming doesn’t mean I can’t and should not enjoy the game, because “it’s not perfect in its entirety!” Or “Because it’s been a laggy game for some means it’s a bad game for everyone.”
I like some designs in Infinite, but am not a fan of its hybrid Halo 3/5 gameplay; I rather have one or the other. Just because Infinite did art style better in some areas than Guardians doesn’t obligate me to hold the game in some high regard.
