Infinite Warfare does Halo better than Halo!

I’m not one to get hyped for Call of Duty but did anyone else see that new trailer? Hype train amirite!? That being said, watching the trailer reminded me of what Halo can be! Epic space battles, cool looking characters, witty dialogue, and a badass non-suicidal Chief!
Sadly, I doubt we’ll get a decent campaign. That is, unless 343 finally gets the balls add Space battles… but whatever, point is CoD has creativity, Halo doesn’t anymore… which sucks because it used to be the other way around.

Cod…creativity? Ha! Maybe a few but not many, theyre probably copying star wars or star trek like every sci fi world including halo has done.

Adding to that, COD isn’t being creative, the people behind it are just getting greedy. They’ve already milked god knows how many dollars from their modern warfare games and now they’re pasting sci-fi onto their games to make them seem new and keep the milk flowing.

We had a nice space battle in Halo: Reach at the time, battling banshees, phantoms and seraph fighters, which was a step in the right direction. Halo 4 had a part where we piloted a ship but we ended up with an obstacle course more than anything, just dodging anything that we might crash into. We know 343i can do this kind of stuff with space battles, but that just wasn’t the focus of 343, but with this new trailer I’m sure it’ll perk up some ears at 343 no doubt.

Infinite warfare looks stupid, but if it means I can get cod 4 remastered, I’ll buy it. but no COD will never do halo better than halo.

It’s £94.99 for that. I admit that COD 4 was excellent, but not at that price. I stopped buying COD games because of no dedicated servers, I might buy them again if that ever changes.

It’s funny how many people on here complain about how Halo changed from it’s original formula by adding sprint and Spartan abilities (I’m not saying you’re one of them… I don’t know your opinion on the matter) yet some of those same people complain how CoD just keeps releasing basically the same game. I think Activision has the right idea by not deviating to far from what the core of CoD is. I think 343 should have taken notes on that strategy.

I’m actually gonna give infinite warfare, to my nephew. lets hope the Remastered Multiplayer wont have modders all over it.

I don’t think I’d want space battles in halo, it wouldn’t be halo as we know it.

Oh you mean Call of Duty: Infinite Gears of Halofall: A New Hope?
have fun playing Halo 5.5.

Not sure how you can make a rational argument off of a trailer. Sorry but I cannot that this comment seriously.

That’s all those games are. Hype trains. There is probably going to be no difference that the previous game. New weapons? Do the same thing. Can run on walls? Who cares. Despite the lack of hype for halo even the worst halo title out performs any COD game.

I even played MW3, and thought wow what a great game. Then played the other ones. Outside of Zombies they are all the same. Halo has many more game types, playlists, wz. Doesn’t hold a candle.

If you want to discuss COD, feel free to do so on their forums.
