Infinite update list (must read!)

I see. So they have androgynous like Halo 3 and male, but no females. This must be why OP’s girlfriend doesn’t want to play Infinite anymore, and also why other people complain about the lack of true female Spartan customization.

As for female elites, I understand. According to my friend who is a big fan of literally any Halo species except humans, canon female elites are probably just a little bit smaller than males. Much unlike the non-canon female elites, which are a whole other story.

Indeed. it would be nice to have more options in the future thats for certain.

I agree. Hopefully 343 will add it eventually.

Lol it’s there, but since it doesn’t say “female” or have a big butt it’s automatically male.

Hilarious ways of thinking and little brain power to use.

Where is it? I genuinely couldn’t tell. To me it looks like there’s just male and androgynous.

The armour doesn’t mesh around the body like it did in previous entries, the main difference as of right now is simply the bits you can see of the Undersuit. Yoroi isn’t effected by this at all however.

Agree with most of this. I really do wish the drop wasn’t near useless. I know it can be used effectively, but it’s no where near as have changing as any of the other equipment in my opinion. Which is a shame, because in campaign it’s amazing.

The one thing I’m not sure I totally agree with is silly attachments. 343 is going to monetize the game. And there are going to have flashy items in the store. And even if they are silly, I’d rather they monetized that stuff than basic colors. So, if we’re going to have this level of monetization, I’m okay with it being will silly items, because I don’t want them thinking they need to sell us recruit blue ten times once there are 10+ armor cores.

Definitely agree about everything else though. And I really do wish we had more feminine body types. I don’t want to say we lack a female body type, as some women are okay with the more neutral look. But personally, I’m not okay with it. I don’t feel represented. And the armor just doesn’t fit type 1.

Silly attachments are a good compromise, its partly why the Cat Ears was so widespread in its availability, a mix of FOMO & just being a fun attachment.

did feel burned by the Daisy bundle, since thats a reference to Halo Legends’s Homecoming animation, about Daisy, a spartan II candidate (worth a watch) I wasn’t fond of the bundle being 2,000 credits if memory serves correctly, a shame cause I did want that bear pendant.

also hello there again xD

Yeah, I understand about the prices in that bundle. I really wanted the daisy bundle as well. Honestly, not even for the reference (which was cool), but mainly for that super cute heart charm. Maybe one day it’ll be in the store for cheaper and we’ll both get it :woman_shrugging:

Hello

A Catalogue would be preferable.
and that would be nice.

Then you don’t use pistols in real life. You should generally keep both hands on your weapon at any given time. Stability, control, and if you mean while sprinting, even then, keeping your weapon centered and close is still important.

Yea, it doesn’t make sense to run around without your weapon up, also it would probably involve a longer animation to pull back up.

Pretty much yeah. Like anyone who asks to have a one handed pistol animation just straight up is not a gunman and should not be listened to if they’re arguing for realism.

Short distances you make a great point. Just out of curiosity, what about long distances. Would the difference is running speed and balance be worth it to have your weapon up the entire time?

Of course, that’s not necessarily applicable to this situation, because in Infinite most the sprinting is short distance.

Mmn, nah, you see here’s the thing. It isn’t about keeping your weapon up.

Base movement: Spartans should carry their weapons forward at all times.
Sprint: Weapon is lowered, both hands.

There’s never really a time where you could be in combat where you want any hands off your gun, unless you’re chucking a grenade or stowing it. Having both hands on your sidearm while it’s lowered will allow you to bring it up much faster. Even if you were to prop it up with both hands, you can still control the drop faster.

There is not a single advantage to one handed use of any weapon.

halo 5 had some of the weakest maps in the franchise. boring jungle gyms focused solely on competitive viability.

more detailed, more like overdesigned. most halo 5 armors were not positively received.

It’s a game, a bit fun won’t kill anyone

i was reading this to realize this was made by you, DeeVinity_Gamez
you really like halo 5, dont u?

What I’m saying is that if you wanna’ argue realism, this ain’t it lol.

It looked nicer, now I like infinite, but mis the h5 things, also h4 is nice, but 3 with the double weapons was my thing. It’s just infinite is feeling like it’s down graded from the previous versions, and all that with the 343 delay, expected som more at least…
