I am a big believer in the halo trailers are a perfect way to hype a game. Halo 3’s “Starry Night” was beautiful, Halo Reach’s “Deliver Hope” was epic, Halo ODST’s “We are ODST” was just sick and honestly Halo 4 “Scanned” was pretty awesome. Alot of the trailers gave so much hype, and honestly I want to see these types of trailers for Infinite.
Additional, We are ODST was my favorite, Starry Night close second. (Tied really)
Halo 3’s Believe was incredible. Honestly you can pick any of the H3 trailers and I would find a reason to make that one my favorite. I legitimately thought we were getting a Halo movie when I saw those live action trailers of human in warthogs fighting brutes as the Chief was making landfall over Africa.
As for a trailer to be made, I really can’t say. We know so little about the game and what will happen in it, so it’s hard to choose one theme or setting. I suppose something similar to HW2 with Cutter and Atriox walking up to each other while their armies fight in slow motion around them. Maybe not quite the same, but some sort of trailer with Chief and Escharum facing off. Clearly that’s gonna be a big baddie we are gonna face. The engine demo made Escharum out to be quite the challenge for Chief, so I’d like a little more build up on that front.
Live-action really hits the spot, Infinite would do good with one imo
