i was invited to the flight test fro this weekend but whenevr i try the steam code that was given to me it says its a duplicate but i never redeemed it and when i click install instructions it brings me to page that says oops you’re not authorized

Same here as well, can’t redeem the code since it says it’s a duplicate. My latest flight invite was from 9/2/2021
i got an email saying i was invited to this latest one but i dont have a message on waypoint at all? does it take time to push them through or was i mistakenly emailed?

When I click the Halo Waypoint link in the email and log into my Microsoft account I’m greeted with “An error has occurred” message. Considering that’s where I’m supposed to “read up on how to download your pre-release build.” it is quite an issue.
And then when I finally solve the Waypoint “an error has occured” issue on the THIRD browser (Brave) I download Infinite by using the Steam code,start it up,log in and then I get an error message “Your account is not authorized to play infinite” Erm?? I reeally hope it’s only because it’s a bit early (flighting should start 17:00 GMT)

I’m having the same issue, this is a real bummer cause we’re probably gonna miss out on two or more days of the flight
The link on the email does not work, just comes up with “Internal server error.” Tried to circumvent this by just going straight to my inbox but I have no messages with any keys or anything.
Really sucks to be honest because I’m likely going to miss out this weekend. Was super excited to try it out.
FIX:
For those of you who are struggling if you scroll to the bottom of here: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/halo-insider/profile, you should find your steam key next to where it says “Halo Infinite Multiplayer technical Preview” underneath “My Flights.”
The servers are being overloaded which is why keys are being sent out so slowly via private message. This worked for me though.

mine does the same thing and i dont have a steam key in my additional info
most likely there servers were just overwelmed,i believe halo 5 had similar problems when it came out
This isn’t a Halo 5 issue
343 are aware of issues with duplicate/invalid Steam keys and will be addressing this.
