I will be listing issues that I have found pertaining to the Customization, Shop, Battle Pass and Body & Ai menus/pages and what is affected.
- Customization - There are few issues when it comes to this tab itself so I will list them here. This is all that I have found so far. First Armor coatings, when viewing armor coatings on you character model it will not always change the models appearance, this is easily fixed by hovering over the armor coating you want to view again. Changing Armors I have only been able to do this to Helmets no other armor appears to do it, when inspect locked armors that have a tab for attachments you can back out of that page and that helmet will be equipped, it works for Battle Pass and Shop Helmets, although I did not test the shop armor as I had already bought it. When viewing other armor slots that locked helmet will disappear and display your equipped helmet and reappear when returning to the customization menu. - Body & AI - I have only been able to find one visual issue in this page and that is the Prosthetics. When viewing the prothesis for the armors after the hole arm Prosthetic is chosen equipping the other choices will not change the model, it will only update after backing out of that menu, I am not sure if the same problem happens to the legs I have not checked. (the armor prosthesis may present problems when equipping each in the descending order, forgot if it happens when choosing the Full Arm prosthetic). - Battles Pass - The battle pass itself I have found no issues, what I have found issues is in the Customization Menu and After a match is played. When inspecting any armor from the battles pass and choosing to go the battle pass from that inspection page to view the item and going back to the Customization menu that armor slot will now be empty. Choosing any other armor slot after that will also make each slot empty; The way to fix this visual issue is to back out of customization. After playing a match (I have not tested the match menu itself before a match is played) you can view the battle pass, backing out of this into the main menu the character model will disappear going into customization all visuals will disappear (blank boxes with only the main color) going into any of the menus the Character model will not be there and the background of that page will stay if you back out to the main menu. When viewing the Shop after having done this visual glitch that is trigger through the Battle Pass after playing a match, all visuals will also disappear, there will only be the boxes and their main color. All Visuals from the Battle Pass will also disappear and appear similar to the others. - Closing - The Disappearing visuals I have seen are from the Shop and Customization and the Battle Pass I have not tested/seen if this is true for other menus/pages. Visual Replacements I have seen appear in the Customizations for the Helmets and Armor Coatings and in the Body & AI page for the Prosthetics Arms and most likely legs too. - Disappearing visuals look like the boxes with the main background color of that box only and no icon or item meant to display. - Visual Replacements show previous chosen items instead of currently equipped item, or a chosen item that is not unlocked, Helmets in this case.If anyone has found any other visuals bugs or issue list them, or if I have listed visual issues already fixed let me know.
