I still haven’t gotten mine. I downloaded the Xbox insider hub to download the game but its saying i’m not a authorize user.

Was just checking the forums to be sure i wasnt going crazy. Same result initially with an X1X, Elite Series 01 controller, swapped over to a standard controller and same issue.
A quick workaround for that final last-ditch pistol round to nail the headshot on your secondary is to simply drop the primary (=> right on Dpad(?)) and continue tracking your target for the kill. Bonus points if you do damage throwing the primary clipless at the dome of your enemies. Unsure if it actually does damage but I’m pretty sire I’d gotten a medal for it in combat lol.
Got the email, but no Messages in HaloWaypoint and the email link worked to only ‘allow access’, then went to nowhere. Was concerned for a minute that I clicked a sketchy link. Looks like you guys are still sorting it out, can’t wait to try out the game!! LOVE HALO!

A console reboot is often required after download/updates are complete to tlreinitialize. Report back afterward if you are still having issues.

It doesnt matter if i play in low or ultra, nothing changes

AMD Radeon 6800XT
11th gen Intel i7 11700k
16Gb ram
And I play on 1080p
This is PC performance feedback.
It seems like the performance improved in comparison to the last flighting, however the game still doesn’t want to fully utilize the GPU.
I’ve noticed that the CPU is being used to 70-80% but what kind of process on the game lets the cpu work this hard?
I’ve got an Ryzen 5 5600X and an Radeon RX 6900 XT. The only time where it seems to utilize the GPU correctly seems to be 4K. This is the only time I see a 99% usage of the GPU.
Even then I only get 55 fps average on 4K on the highest settings. Playing on 1080p or 1440p is pretty similar and doesn’t change much. 77-80 fps for 1440p and 70-77 fps 1080p which cannot be right.
Will there be an update soon while the flight is running? Or will we have to wait until the next flight?

I don’t know if this is an issue or something “normal”, but there is something with the active cammo I want to share.
If you start running, the cammo wears off (which is good). When you stop running, it starts again, at least while it’s duration is not over.
What bugs me is that the cammo effect on the borders of the screen also disappears when running, so there is no way to know while running if the cammo is still active or not (if it’s duration is over or not).
What you guys think about it ?
i installed the tech preview via the insider app and restarted the console as indicated. however when i launch the game it states “gamertag not authorized to play” it is the same gamertag that was used in the registration.
i know you are unable to play the preview at this time but it does indicate that can go through the training. using xbox series x
Do I need xbox gold to play this does anybody know? I was able to get on customize my spartan earlier but I wasn’t finding anyone in matchmaking, but now that I checked again it’s telling me I’m unauthorized to play but I currently don’t have gold. I don’t mind paying but I wanna make sure not to buy the membership for fun. Thanks to anyone that replies !
So… I just logged out and back on the infinite test…and it’s now telling me my account does not have access to the infinite beta…what’s going on?

i feel like halo on the controller feels a little not smooth maybe because im on xbox one and not the new xbox but game feels a little rough in the sense that i had to lower my deadzones to like 3.5 cause the controller felt like it made the spartan move late. also weapon drills get kind of boring fast its very repetitive and the scores for level one are pretty hard to reach only got 3 stars with one gun and i think it was the sidekick

Read the Options there is 1 weapon switch for vehicle and one for boots on the Ground i make that mistake too 
Hello, I wanted to know if it’s possible to play training mode with friends or not
Grenade swapping needs to be re-evaluated. Mapping it to the D-Pad creates for awkward controller interaction in an otherwise fluid game, at least in my opinion.

I have the same issue, I’ve just been testing weapons one at a time. Either ways it’s not ruining the experience that bad
