Please change the Enemy has your flag noise and the Enemy has taken a control point noise.
They sound a bit too cartoonish.
Maybe change it to something like Halo CE pillar of autumn Alarm sound?

> Like most multiplayer games, unmarked=badguy is a tried and true method. Enemy outlines are superfluous when friendlies are already clearly marked. And that way you dont need to rely entirely on the hues of similar lines, the brain processes shape (luma) much faster/clearer than color. (That’s why chroma subsampling exists as a viable compression.)
>
> So make teammates the only ones with the outlines to differentiate their luma/shape from the enemy’s, and you’ll tell them apart much faster.
They should remove outlines entirely like previous games
Enable friendly fire. You shouldn’t be able to walk through your teammates or throw grenades around them. That takes away from the realism tremendously.

Yeah. I hate when I’m going to the battle rifle spawn on one map, only to find a commando instead. It messes with map memorization.
Plasma pistol needs to emp vehicles plain and simple it has only two uses drop shields and stop vehicles! Gotta fix this been loving the game!
outline/glow only teammates. Enemies should not be outlined, I can’t tell you how many times I seen an enemy because of the outline. Might be good but no because they were sneaking around things, or in front of the trees but was trying to camouflage with the trees. Or trying to ambush me or a teammate. Let them sneak around or blend with the environment. Outline only for teammates!
Aim assist and bullet magnetism! I’ve made tons of forum post because this needs to happen especially when we are gonna have tons of new players! I want this game to revive halo as a whole! And not giving new players a bit of a helping hand is gonna drop the player base in a month or two. Aim assist almost doesn’t exist and bullet magnetism isn’t even in the game. Just a dash of a bump that’s it. And for power weapons like sniper just have very little bullet magnetism.
PLEASE 343i I want this halo to be a big success! This is gonna be a F2P game gotta help the new comers I get it the competitive scene is great and I’ll be the sweaty ones too but there needs to be a more social approach to give this game longevity. I have tons of friends giving this game a go and it’s there first halo, I’ve been playing halo since halo 2 and being a sweat till halo 3-halo 5. That’s it thank you for the flights been killing it at halo infinite and loving it just small adjustments
-posting this till it’s heard lol sorry if I’m annoying-
In regards to some of the recent discussions, personally, I could go either with the outlines. They don’t rly break anything for me, but their removal wouldn’t kill my experience either. I do think friendly fire & player collision should return. Grenades are prevalent enough as it is, honestly i wouldn’t mind players starting with 1 frag, but keeping on point friendly fire would add another factor to consider when using them. I do believe aim mechanics need some work on the controller end with a touch more assist or something to achieve some point between where Infinite is now and older games so it doesn’t seem so unfamiliar in that regard to older players and is more welcoming to newer players, but without compromising the competitive aspects. I wouldn’t know where to touch on with mkb side as much, but I do see a bunch on that end also saying they’ve been having aiming issues. Overall the game felt nearly there last weekend for me, but just a touch off mostly due to aim mechanics and a few other things I’ve mentioned before.
The announcer says “No Scope 360” after you successfully 360 noscoped enemy player or bot with the sniper or Skewer, my feedback is that when it occurs with either Skewer or Sniper and after you successfully 360 no scope the enemy the announcer should say “360 no scope” as it made more sense and less odd to hear to
FEEDBACK: Personally I’m not a fan of the way the turret’s projectile looks in Halo Infinite with the big yellow balls and on top of that the projectile seems to appear far up in the air rather than coming out of the end of the turret’s barrel.
My feedback is that the projectile should appears out of the end of the barrel when firing rather than being up in the thin air and that the tracers/projectile should be more of the line rather than ball shaped we have currently in Insider
This is a 15 seconds youtube video of 50 cal turret shooting at the gun range, see the tracers being all lines:

I agree I wouldn’t make sense if the announcer says “No Scope 360” it’s the other way around.
Matchmaking was very off or I just had bad lucky, but 80% of my matches were against what were clearly groups of friends or players that had mics. Which resulted in 90% of those matches becoming blowouts my team rarely scored above 20 kills on average 12. I won just below 10% of my matches and roughly 70% being totally destroyed which wasn’t fun at all. The other 30% of the matches were fun despite losing 20% of that 30%. This data was from the first day second session and the second day first session. That total 30% after the second day first session made it so I stopped playing Social and focused on Bot arena. I did try to play Sunday but it was the same story and not once got to play on Behemoth. So gave up after the first session and during the second session played Bot arena and training mode. CTF on bazaar from the games I played unfair, once the enemy team got the rocket they were unstoppable. Though again each time it was clear they were a group of friends or had mics and worked as a team very well. For CTF on Bazaar the rocket needs to be replaced. I would like to see all heavy weapons removed for the CTF mode. Unless more areas to get heavy weapons are placed on each side. Also I think Bazaar is too small for CTF. Stronghold is better suited to that map. Bazaar will need to be bigger for CTF. Recharge played well and was the map I had the biggest chance to have closer games. Live Fire played well too, though the placement of teams spawning and the power weapon is not. It found it quicker to get to the power weapon from cobra team spawn point. On all maps I would like to see more random spawn points for weapons. The weapon spawning in one of two areas is a little disappointing. Also more spawn point for each map. Strongholds modes I feel taking a stronghold was to fast. Unless you were close by it was hard to stop the enemy from taking it. How points are made in strongholds is perfect though. I like that holding two or more gives you points instead of kills giving you points. For CFT the time limit on matches was spot on. Each map worked very well with slayer for the most part, Live Fire only had the power weapon as the issues, as does Recharge the hammer was closer to Cobra spawn than Eagle.
Feedback: Radar range should be increased higher (25m perhaps) than what it currently is which is 18m
I am extremely happy and grateful that the Radarnow works just like the previous Halo title where it doesn’t track you when crotch or slow walking but will track when you move normally as well as sprinting, I’m disliking the previous Tech Preview’s Combat Sensor where it only tracks the enemy that sprints and shoots but doesn’t track those that move normally (non-sprint) which I find very strange and completely disagrees, however, the 18m range for the radar that we have currently is rather too short and made it feels more useless with the radar as it won’t show the enemy until they are awfully close enough and by that point it#ll be too late to alert you of the enemy.
I think the radar range should be increased and only just that
Feedback: For the outline system, please make outlines only appear on Teammates!
Overall good smooth experience, i did have a weird bug that would cause the reload animation to happen twice.
also once i joined a fireteam i was unable to leave it without reebooting my game
Hi, It says I got chosen, but theirs no code for me (I applied for PC). I even downloaded the Xbox insider hub and nothing. Any idea what the issue is? I almost feel like they chose me for the Xbox demo, but I specifically remember applying for PC.
Weapon & Mechanic Feedback:
Plasma Pistol shield damage feels a little weak when not overcharging shots.
Plasma Pistol overcharge tracking mechanic feels weak, pulling noob combos is more difficult which makes me less inclined to use that strategy.
Plasma pistol overcharge shots need vehicle EMP back (maybe have a shorter effect time on the vehicles than the shock weapons).
Slightly Reduce bloom on the sidekick, I find hitting that final headshot is inconsistent whether my aim is good or not.
Inconsistent sniper noscoping. Sniper shots have spread and doesn’t always go where the reticle is aiming.
Assault Rifle range is too high. This problem feels the worst on Bazaar where you get peppered with AR shots from across the map.
Overshield feels a little weak. I feel like the initial invincibility should last slightly longer.
The BXB melee glitch allows for unearned kills.
Melee lunging feels inconsistent. Sometimes it feels like it doesn’t lunge when it should.
Player collision needs to return. Players can use each other as cover without it.
Friendly fire also needs to return to reduce the ease of grenade spamming. Players can just freely haul grenades all over the place with no risk of affecting their teammates which causes an over abundance of carnage and frustration.
Gravity hammer needs more of a “gravity blast” to knock back enemies.
Drop wall needs a health buff. Doesn’t feel useful.Audio Feedback:
Warthog turret bullet sound effect doesn’t really sound like a gun. I feel like it needs to sound beefier.
Allow the option to turn off your AI Buddy but keep Jeff Steitzer as the medal announcer.
Flag stolen alarm sound effect is unpleasant to hear. I’d prefer some sort of music to signal that scenario.Map Feedback:
Behemoth feels too large for 4v4 AR/Sidekick starts. I feel like it should be a BR start map or be a map for playlists with more players (e.g. 5v5 or 6v6).
some comments about my experience on Xbox One base

Haha that loud apocalyptic alarm is pretty extra
1: movement on series x still feels very dramatic/chunky, ie: even with tuning controls, still feels much less fluid than halo 5
2: vehicle movement does not sync well with spartan movement; ghost feels sluggish in turning, warthog feels numb
3: sniper rifle feels better, but is still a little off with magnitism, same with spiker
4: skewer isnt effective enough against vehicles to justify projectile drop rate vs sniper rifle, and still doesnt have enough magnetism for scoped shots vs spartans
5: needler sounds amazing, but feels like it is 1-3 shots underpowered
6: ravager seems underpowered at full charge vs vehicles
7: plasma pistol no longer disables vehicles, HUGE MISTAKE
8:gravity hammer AOE slightly fixed, still needs a larger kill zone, and maybe slightly larger AOE to make up for longer swing time
9: hard zones for the grapple shot debilitate the game/ most should be transferred to 5 sec soft kill zones, this will allow for more movement but prevent campers in unseen zones

Where is the insider tab? On here, Microsoft website, xbox app, or xbox insider app lol. They kinda got to many things going on here.
