the map needs longe range weapons spawn as that’s how the maps is designed IMO. AR and pistol spawn feels like trash.
The AI voices are all really annoying and seem really gimmicky. There’s no way to turn it off?. Seems unnecessary and should be replaced with team callouts like Halo 5. Why do I want to be told ”we’re flying now!”
The over shield and active camo need to be separate from equipment. These should activate instantly when walking over/into as in previous games. The process of dropping existing equipment to load the over shield or active camo is super clunky. Not many people go for them for this reason.
Granades seem short across the maps.
Grav lifts should be an equipment.
I miss the boost from halo 5 and had assumed grapple would replace this. Something needs to help you move around the maps easier and without grapple a boost would be perfect. Lots of climbing to do when you don’t have grapple equipped.
During overtime on a match of CTF my camera got stuck spectating my teammates while I was still alive. I had to leave the game as my teammates deserved a bot who could actually shoot at the enemy. So it may be rare, but apparently you can get stuck in spectator mode while still being alive in the game…

With the advanced movement someone could be off my radar, and I turn around to shoot at someone else and I get melee’d in the back. Didn’t even know he was there. They ran into radar range too quickly for me to react. It’s not really fair
Having lots of issue with lag this flight. Killed behind walls, my kills registering late, shot registration nowhere near what it should be among many others. I wish we could see ping and what server we’re on to better detect what the problem is.
The game feels really good. No big complaints really. I would prefer the radar to have a radius of 25m though. 99% of the time I will see the enemy player before they are within the radar’s range. I can even be in the same room with the enemy fighting at short-mid range without seeing them on my radar yet. I know I’m just nit-picking lol. And that’s a good sign; weapon balance, movement, maps and sound design are all very well done.
I didn’t like Halo 4 at all and only played Halo 5 for a while as it wasn’t what I expected from a Halo game. But I’m thoroughly enjoying Infinite. Good job thus far, 343!
The gameplay feels cheap and awful this doesn’t feel like a step up from halo 5 it’s not even on the same level what happened ? Also the announcer sounds too much like lord shax from destiny crucible

What game are you playing? The AR is complete trash. Rather use the pistol. more accurate and faster time to kill. If anything the BR is hands-down the only reliable weapon out of everything in the technical preview. IT JUST WORKS.
Same thing that I’ve noticed with most the other modes, tiny little screen glitches inbetween toggling or switching items, screens, etc minor thing but looks bad

I felt that when playing last night too. I have Starlink internet, so wasn’t sure if it was because of that, or something else, as the first flight seemed fine. There is a UI option in settings to see ping. It appears in the top right.

the easy fix makes teammates Purple and enemy pineapple. everything will be clear as day when there shield pop. But in all honestly the way Halo 3 is the best. I don’t care to see someone’s custom skins in-game.
after two hours of play, as a euro player on mkb, i can offically say this game is scuffed and i hope it burns the company to the ground. 5 was the nail in the coffin and now theyre just -Yoink!- on their own coffin.
why the hell does the game shoot to 80+ ping from 30 every time i encounter an enemy (and before you say check your internet, i have, 10 times, im getting 5ms to the server.)
why do i have to lead shots against children playing with controllers putting as little effort in as they possibly can

This is because AR is bad and unreliable. people end up using and going for melee. feels worse in bazar which IMO should have a BR start.
