So I signed up for the flight program and got an invite right away. The day comes for the flight and I get another email confirming that I was invited to the flight. Go to check my messages, nothing there. Go to my Halo insider to see if its at the bottom of the page, still not there. Well I opted in for both Console and PC so I check my console to see if it just never got sent to my PC and still nothing there. I have tried all the solutions to hard refreshing the page to signing out and signing back in and still nothing there. Its been 24 hours now and I just want to play the flight to get the experience. If I wasnt invited it would of been fine but the fact that I was and got 2 emails confirming that I was invited and still not being able to play is heartbreaking.

Edit: It’s also been really super duper -Yoinking!- hard to find any info on this glitch. Seems like maybe it’s kinda rare?

A couple of notes in my short time:
- Game seems pretty unoptimized at this point. I’m running a 2070 SUPER with an 8700k and can’t even break 60 FPS on medium settings in the multiplayer matches. - Weapon bloom… please, I beg of you. Just don’t. Master Chief can fire a gun steadily and accurately in his mega fancy armor suit. Reach was unplayable with the bloom. Just keep the gunplay from H5 and be done with it. It already felt amazing as-is. - Could just be because this is a tech preview, but the ADS animations in Halo 5 were awesome. I really hope they are just missing in this tech preview and are going to return. Otherwise it just feels like a step backwards.
Why cant we customize the crosshair?
The Sniper, the pistol are all basically the same crosshair release after release.
I did notice the BR crosshair change,
I would like to be able to customize the crosshair just like in the game Valorant.
Let me changhe the color, bloom, size, even maybe a glowing redicule.

After playing for a bit I compiled some feedback that may or may not be useful and some questions that I would love answers to.

I noticed that you can only get exp towards the battle pass from challenges and not playing which worries me that leveling up will just be a challenge farming simulator instead of playing how I want to (ex. not going out of my way and being frustrated trying to get melee kills).

Throughout the trailers, I got really attached to the abilities (the grappling hook in particular) and I was upset to see that this isn’t something that I spawn in with and therefore am not able to rely on and work into my core gameplay to find a playstyle that I like.

I was wondering if you could get any armor normally or if it was only through the battle pass? Follow-up question: I know that in most games there is a way to “earn back” the battle pass by playing through it and earning enough credits to purchase the next battle pass, is this something that you are planing on implementing?

The map Recharge feels a bit too small, circular, and one-dimentional. In firing range, I feel like I have a lot to work with when it comes to where I want to play, but Recharge feels a bit too chaotic.
Once again, I really like this game even though we’re playing on awful frames and I hope this feedback helps and that someone might reply to my questions! Keep up the good work, it is looking very promising 
Question, I’m playing on a Samsung tv and I have Astro 10’s hooked up to my computer I can see my teammates talking but I can’t hear them unless I turn up my tv. Anyone know how to fix?

I echo the sentiment entirely here on the first one, I hope that in the end part of the system also rewards experience for actively participating, kills, objectives, etc. like how MCC did, as opposed to only challenges.
The gravity hammer is killing the bots before it even lands, needs revamped
Would be nice if Hit Markers could be turned on/off, the opacity could be adjusted and the size/length of the hit marker could also be adjusted as well under “Accessibility”. Alot of people, myself included would like to try and reduce alot of moving and" busy" things going on in the UI and HUD while playing. It could be Visually distracting and jarring for alot of peoples eyes. A more simple HUD is much better for me, with just the Reticle.
i suppose this could be a PC and XBOX feedback as well.

A few things.
- When I would try to change my Pov mid game it crashes.
- For some reason the weapon and the redial seem off, I feel like id shoot at the bots head, but hit their shoulder.
- I’m not sure why I’m only getting 70 fps and game feels very choppy.

4.Controller settings will constantly reset every game and the screen shaking is bad even with it all the way down to zero.

I tried all day but I haven’t been able to play even one game. Whenever I search, it finds a match, loads the map then the screen goes black with the white dots on top left and after a few mins it kicks me out to the main menu.
FYI: I’m able to play the academy challenges. But can’t get into a match.

I agree, Alot of the HUD elements should be adjustable. 343 is already doing a great job of opening it up to so many more customization options so anyone can play and adjust the game to their comfort. Im sure they will add even more of these accomodations, hit Markers and others included!
Hey I have an AMD 5700xt and having an issue that appears on the bottom of my screen, happens at 5:35 at this video. Its like areal borealis sometimes and happens pretty frequently.

I’m not getting xp for my challenges and my challenges wont complete or save after I finish a match. I’m on the play 6 matches and I’ve restarted my game many times but I still get no progress.
The game never loads for me. It gets stuck with the 3 dots in the left corner for multiple minutes, then crashes to desktop.
